  • How does High Score Host work?
    High Score Host is a web app that lets you host video game contests at your venue. Customers scan a QR code to play the featured arcade game, enter their email to compete, and you capture their contact info to send future promotions and offers. An optional live leaderboard URL can be displayed on any screen.
  • What type of businesses can use High Score Host?
    High Score Host is great for bars, restaurants, barber shops, salons, retail stores, coffee shops, gaming lounges, event venues, arcades, and breweries. Any non brick and mortar business can use it too, its great for remote events, streaming and more.
  • Do I need special equipment to set it up?
    No special equipment is needed. High Score Host works with any standard screen or device. Your custom QR code works on printed materials, signage, or anywhere online, and your optional leaderboard is an auto-generated URL you can display in a browser. No complicated tech setup required.
  • How will it help grow my business?
    High Score Host captures emails for you from up to 80% of your visitors, letting you send special offers and promotions to bring customers back. It also creates a fun, engaging experience that keeps customers in your venue longer.
  • How do I choose which games to feature?
    We offer a dashboard where you can easily pick from a selection of games to fit your event or audience. You can change the game any time, so you always have fresh content.
  • What’s the cost?
    We're offering an early access beta for $500, which includes lifetime access and everything you need to start hosting game and capturing customer emails. In the future High Score Host will be subscription based.
  • How do I collect emails from customers?
    Customers are prompted to enter their email to track their score and compete for prizes. You can then use these emails to send marketing campaigns and special offers. Optional live leaderboards can be displayed on-screen to drive additional engagement.
  • What kind of prizes can we offer?
    You can offer your own prizes (which you supply), like free drinks or discounts, and High Score Game Arcade also offers daily prizes for the global audience (that you do not have to supply) as part of the network to keep customers engaged.
  • How long does it take to set up?
    You can get started in just a few minutes. There’s no complicated setup—just connect your screen, select a game, and let the contests begin.
  • Is it easy to scale if my business grows?
    Yes! High Score Host is designed to scale with your business. You can host more frequent contests, introduce new games, and engage more customers as your venue grows.
  • How many Games are there? What are the games?
